Ingredients: Organic Ginger Oil, Organic Olive Oil, Organic Castor Oil, Organic Frankincense Oil, Organic Myrrh Oil, Organic Marjoram Oil, Organic Grapeseed Oil

Directions:
Apply 3-5 drops in the belly button twice a day, morning and evening. Gently massage the belly button in a circular motion for more effective absorption. Use for 3 months minimum to achieve longer-term benefits.

2. Recycle both separately 

3. Rinse out product residue from bottle

4. Recycle the glass bottle
